Unable to Add Rock Pigeon

Hi I'm really enjoying the app, I just have one silly problem: I cannot seem to add rock pigeon (of all things). I have seen and reported rock pigeons many times, and in addition to uploading my eBird history, I've tried manually adding this checklist: https://ebird.org/checklist/S213505289
